{"id":5585,"date":"2016-08-30T13:25:47","date_gmt":"2016-08-30T11:25:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pina.si\/en\/?p=5585"},"modified":"2016-09-01T09:58:00","modified_gmt":"2016-09-01T07:58:00","slug":"improving-mobility-activities-evs-and-job-shadowing-practical-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.stara.pina.si\/en\/improving-mobility-activities-evs-and-job-shadowing-practical-guidelines\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPROVING MOBILITY ACTIVITIES: EVS AND JOB SHADOWING PRACTICAL GUIDELINES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The first part<\/strong> of the guidelines briefly introduces <strong>general characteristics of the two mobility activities:<\/strong> <strong>EVS and Job Shadowing,<\/strong> and highlights important steps and recommendations that might be helpful to consider before the implementation of the mobility activities in order <strong>to avoid or easily overcome possible obstacles and challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In the second part<\/strong> of the guidelines we present some <strong>useful examples of non-formal methods for working with (female) youth<\/strong>, aiming to enlarge their working perspective and improve competences that are necessary for an individual to become an active citizen and <strong>to make a change in the field of gender inequality.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Guidelines are meant for <strong>youth workers and organisations<\/strong>, motivated to apply for an <strong>Erasmus+ project<\/strong> which include mobility activities between Programme and Partner Countries or for organisations which already applied for a project and are about to implement mobility activities within Erasmus+ KA2, Capacity building in the field of Youth, for the first time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>These guidelines are a tool to support you and can be used in any context and country.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pina.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/EFC_Manual.compressed.pdf\">IMPROVING MOBILITY ACTIVITIES: EVS AND JOB SHADOWING PRACTICAL GUIDELINES<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pina.si\/en\/all-project-list\/gender-equality\/\" target=\"_blank\">Equality for Change project<\/a> aims at exchanging good practices in the field of women empowerment, non-formal education and gender equality promotion.
