This is <strong>the first attempt<\/strong> to create a cooperative of organic producers in Slovenian Istria and the first brand of local organic food in the region, which in 2015 won the contest for the best social enterprise idea.<\/p>\n<p>The cooperative operates according to <strong>highly ethical and fair trade principles<\/strong>.
